LEVEL UP Spring Basketball League and Skill Development at Algoma -

Level Up Spring League Development Grade 7/8 Girls and Boys as well as Level Up Skill Development Grades 4-8 Girls and Boys where Algoma Athletics up is introducing a mix of skill development with a 5 on 5 spring league. In the 8-weeks we will put the participants into four teams with each team assigned a coach. For 30 minutes they will be with their designated coach and will work on skill development/team strategy. There will be 60 minutes of league play, playoffs and standings in all eight sessions. Participates will be on the same team and have the same coach throughout the eight weeks. The coaches of the four teams will be Andrew Turgeon, Clayton Cain, Robbie Green and Ryan Vetrie. Every participate will get a team t-shirt.

Level Up Skill Development Grades 4-8 Girls and Boys
In these sessions we will be focusing on the fundamentals of basketball shooting, dribbling, passing with a mix of small sided games. The focus will be about the participates individual development while establishing a positive and fun environment.
