The Algoma Thunderbirds are excited to welcome Kianna Reppington to our women’s soccer program on Monday, December 16th. Hailing from Hamilton, Ontario, Kianna is a talented Winger with over 13 years of soccer experience, ready to make her mark with the Thunderbirds.
Currently attending St. Thomas More Catholic Secondary School, Kianna has built an impressive soccer resume through her time with Paris FC, Mount Hamilton Youth Soccer Club, Burlington Force, and Burlington Bayhawks. She has competed in numerous high-profile tournaments, including the Disney Showcase, Blue Chip Showcase, and Top Rated Fall Showcase, as well as Umbro and FTF competitions. Her athletic accolades include making it to OFSAA for soccer and three consecutive OFSAA appearances in cross country. Kianna’s hard work on the field has earned her five MVP of the game honors.
“I believe I’ll bring dedication, a positive attitude, and resilience to the Thunderbirds,” Kianna said about her upcoming role with the team. Her relentless drive and team-first mindset make her a perfect fit for the program.
Beyond soccer, Kianna enjoys outdoor activities such as fishing, reading, boating, ATVing, skating, and snowboarding. Academically, she has excelled as a geography award recipient and honour roll student. She will be pursuing a Business degree at Algoma University starting this fall.
Kianna chose Algoma University for its small-school atmosphere combined with big soccer aspirations. “It’s a small school with big soccer goals, and Coach Maksym made it an easy decision for me,” she shared.

What you’ve done here is more than simply write; you’ve crafted an experience. Every idea is presented in a way that feels not just intelligent, but alive, as though each sentence has a pulse. This is the kind of writing that invites the reader to not just understand, but to feel.
You have the gift of turning abstract thoughts into something tangible, allowing the reader to grasp concepts with clarity.
Your writing is a masterclass in subtlety — each word chosen with care, and every sentence a work of art.
Reading your words was like finding a hidden gem in a vast landscape — rare, precious, and full of meaning.
There’s something almost meditative about your writing. The way you unfold ideas with such precision and care feels like watching a sculptor work — each word chipped away, each sentence shaped into something beautiful. It’s a slow, deliberate process that results in something truly remarkable.
