The Junior Sault Sabercats are ready to charge into the 2025 Ontario Summer Football League (OSFL) season, beginning their campaign with back-to-back road games.
The season kicks off on May 17th in Peterborough as the Sabercats take on the Wolverines, followed by a week two matchup in Carlington where they’ll meet the Knights. Both contests will set the tone for what promises to be an exciting season for the junior squad.
Weeks three and four will bring the action home to Superior Heights Field in Sault Ste. Marie. The Sabercats will welcome the North Bay Bulldogs on May 31st, followed by a clash against the York Lions in week four.
The grind continues in weeks five and six with another pair of road games. On June 14th, the Sabercats head to Toronto to face the Jr Argos before traveling to Belleville for a June 21st showdown with the Quinte Skyhawks.
After a well-earned bye in week seven on June 28th, the Sabercats will close out their regular season at home. On July 5th, they’ll host Northern Ontario rivals, the Sudbury Spartans, in what could be a key matchup ahead of playoff positioning that begin July 12th.
