Gus Macker has been happening on and off in the Sault for years now. The 2025 Gus Macker will take place July 12th and 13th in Sault Ste Marie, Michigan.
It currently is in the hands of Superior Health Support System. A non profit organization that oversees five assisted living homes in the Eastern Upper Peninsula. Four of the homes offer a Hospice room where patients can utilitze at no charge to the families for end of life care.
The event is held in Sault Ste Marie, the oldest city in the State and on the City Grounds of Sault Ste Marie overlooking the famous Soo Locks…make sure to focus on that layup and not the beautiful views of freighter passing by. It is in walking distance to down town where you can shop and find an amazing place to dine.
