Muskoka Bears were on the road for their 1st this weekend and travelled to Orillia to take on the Terriers. Hanging with the Terriers during most of the game with goals by Captain Aiden McDonald, and team goals leader Tyson Jennings, Orillia then exploded for 4 goals to win the game 6-2.
The Bears then hosted long time Jr C franchise, the Stayner Siskins in a Sunday afternoon tilt at Muskoka Lumber Arena. A game Siskins squad from the south, came to play, with a good group of fans, and handed the Bears an 11-0 loss.
The Bears are keeping their positive attitude and are still gelling to some extent as they are all looking forward to their next home game Oct 12th at MLCC at 7pm.
The Bears are currently leading the PJHL in attendance with almost 3,086 total fans coming to 5 home games (Exhibition/Regular season) at Muskoka Lumber Arena, and would like to thank all their dedicated fans for the support, and look forward to seeing them at the next home game, vs Innisfil Spartans Saturday Oct 12th at 7pm.
Bears Fans – Your continued support is what keeps us going! Thank you for being the best there is!
