Rockland Nationals (CCHL) return to No. 1 CJHL Top 20 rankings
TORONTO – On an impressive ride, the Rockland Nationals (CCHL) have returned to the No. 1 slot in the latest Canadian Junior Hockey League (CJHL) Top 20 Rankings – Fuelled by Gatorade, announced Monday.
Currently sporting a stellar 19-game winning streak, Rockland has not lost a Central Canada Hockey League contest since back on December 8, in boasting a record of 40-5-1-0.
Tabbed No. 2 in the weekly listings are the Trenton Golden Hawks (OJHL).
Entering a Monday afternoon match-up against the rival Wellington Dukes, Trenton maintains a slim lead in the overall Ontario Junior Hockey League standings, having gone 42-6-2-0 to date.
At No. 3 in the CJHL sit the Greater Sudbury Cubs (NOJHL).
As the front-runners of the Northern Ontario Junior Hockey League, the Cubs are on a 38-5-1-1 run in 2024-25.
Coming on at No. 4 in the rankings, which are compiled by an independent scouting service, are the Edmundston Blizzard (MHL).
Credited with 13 consecutive victories, the Flyers are 40-5-1-1 overall and are closing in on the Maritime Hockey League’s regular season crown.
Completing the Top 5 are the Leamington Flyers (OJHL).
Leamington enters the week just one point in arrears of the Golden Hawks, with a 41-6-2-1 mark.
